In a “Call Her Daddy” interview, Hailey Bieber responds to claims that she “stole” Justin from Selena Gomez
Hailey Bieber addressed the difficulties surrounding her marriage to well-known international artist Justin Bieber during the Call Her Daddy podcast episode of September 28 for the first time ever.
Hailey was open with the show’s host Alex Cooper about the difficulties of marrying someone with Justin’s enormous fan base. How has getting married to a famous person of that kind altered who you are? Cooper questioned. Hailey pauses and wonders where to start.
The crowd began shouting “Selena, Selena, Selena” in front of Hailey as she walked the red carpet at the 2021 Met Gala, showing their support for her husband’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
In the viral TikTok video that followed, Hailey was seen putting on sunglasses as she did so. The video shows Justin by her side, kissing her, assuring her he loves her, and wiping away her tears.
Hailey recalled that she could hear everyone shouting throughout the incident. “I was actually stunned. I could kind of hear it, but until I watched the video, I wasn’t sure if it was actually happening. Regarding rumours that she broke down on the Met Gala red carpet.
Hailey responded, “I wasn’t sobbing about it. I felt like something was in my eye, even though it’s really rude to do so. That just goes to show how things can be understood when taken out of context, she said. Regarding the sunglasses, the model noted that they were “just part of my image.”

In a TikTok Live video released on September 29 promoting her beauty company Rare Beauty, Gomez appeared to respond to Hailey’s interview by warning followers of the power of their words.
According to her, the chant was “vile and filthy.” No one should ever be addressed in the way that I have witnessed, and all I can say is that it’s really ironic that I would release a song that is all about using kind words because that’s exactly what I want to do. “That’s it,” was added.
